We have had our website hosted by Maine Hosting Solutions for almost a year. We brought an already built site with us that was quite glitchy and the technicians worked tirelessly to amend and adapt the site to work properly without complaint. Because of the antiquated features on parts of our site, we have had problems over the past year and they have all been resolved within hours by Maine Hosting. Our previous provider would leave us down for DAYS "working on the issue." When Maine Hosting says they are working on it, they are truly fixing the problem. Great responsiveness and customer service and reasonable rates. We will be building a new site with Maine Hosting sometime in the near future and we look forward to the better technologies that will bring to the site. Highly Recommend!

I needed tech support for an email issue and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly that I received email tech support and with directions that were easy to follow! 5 stars to the support staff!

Google gave me four choices for what I like: Good Quality, Good Value, Professional, and Responsive. I'd give them 5 stars for each category, with an additional five stars for their handling of yesterday's (05-11-2021) nation-wide Outlook issues.

I have yet to have a bad customer service experience with these folks. My questions always get answered by a very knowledgeable and friend tech. The ticket is resolved in a speedy manner, and they always follow up to make sure I am good with the result. I HIGHLY recommend them for your hosting needs.
